Mark is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical practice and more than two decades focused primarily in allergy and immunology. His work includes food allergy, food-reaction patterns, inflammation questions patients suspect may be food-associated, alpha-gal syndrome, environmental allergy, asthma, immunotherapy, primary immune deficiency, hereditary angioedema, venom allergy, and anaphylaxis.
His telehealth experience dates to 2012 and is grounded in knowing what can be evaluated remotely, what requires in-person testing or treatment, and when local or urgent care is the safer next step. Clinical research experience and diagnostics collaboration inform a careful distinction between an interesting signal and a clinically supportable conclusion.
Mark is also a clinical-informatics and software-development practitioner. His experience includes mobile health, FHIR-based interoperability, clinical terminology, structured patient context, and clinician-governed workflows designed to extend specialty access without replacing clinical judgment.
